İŞKUR Youth Program at Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University (RTEÜ)
Within the framework of the İŞKUR Youth Program initiated by the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey, a program will be executed in collaboration between Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University and the Rize İŞKUR to enhance the employability of university students by providing them with knowledge, skills, work habits, and discipline.
Through this program, "University students will have the opportunity to work in fields suitable for their interests and abilities while continuing their education, and they will be able to work a maximum of 3 days a week."
The program will be implemented between the dates of November 24, 2025, and June 30, 2026.

Application procedures can also be carried out via the İŞKUR e-branch and the Alo-170 communication line.
Following the completion of the application period, the final results will be determined by a lottery draw in the presence of a notary at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, according to the quotas, and will be announced on our website.
A total of 682 quotas have been allocated for the students of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University within the scope of the İŞKUR Youth Program.
Application Dates: November 10-14, 2025
To be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey.
To be registered with İŞKUR.
To have completed 18 years of age.
To be a student (associate, undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral level) of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University and not have their enrollment frozen and/or be in a passive status.
Not to be receiving old-age (retirement) or disability pensions (those receiving temporary or permanent incapacity for work payments, or death benefits may benefit from the program).
Not to have been insured under the scope of Article 4 of Law No. 5510 in the last one-month period before the application date and before the start date if selected as a participant.
Not to have been an employee of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University or its affiliated, related, associated, or subsidiary organizations within one year prior to the program request date and up until the actual start date of the program.
Not to be insured under the scope of Article 5 of Law No. 5510 (short-term insurance) during the application, start, and continuation period of the program.
The total monthly earnings of those residing at the same address, according to the Address Registration System (AKS) on the application date, must not exceed three times the net minimum wage for the determined last month (This condition is not sought for those whose primary address is in collective living areas such as dormitories, shelters, etc.).
Not to be benefiting from active labor force programs and unemployment insurance as of the application and start date (not having earned and not receiving unemployment benefits).
