The event “Sport Fishing for Ages 6–10: Discover, Have Fun, Learn in Nature,” organized by Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University's Faculty of Fisheries, was successfully completed. During the event, children were taught the basic principles of sport fishing, safe rod use, and responsible behavior in nature. Participating children took part in both theoretical and practical training sessions accompanied by academics. Throughout the program, basic information about sport fishing was conveyed, and activities were carried out to develop the children's attention, coordination, and manual skills. The event, led by Associate Professor Yusuf Ceylan, was held at Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University's Faculty of Fisheries and the Port application site, and was met with great interest by children and parents alike.
